Methodology

Real wait = business days (Mon–Fri) from Arrived at PSA to Shipped, matching how PSA counts its estimates. If no arrival date is given, we use the submitted date (this overstates the wait slightly). We report the median so one outlier doesn't skew it. Holidays are not yet excluded.

Data sources, kept separate:

• Logged orders (0): submitted anonymously on this site.
• Community reports (0): structured fields hand-transcribed from the public r/psagrading turnaround megathread, each linked to its comment, no usernames stored. None imported yet.
• PSA official: tiers, prices, estimates, and backlog snapshots from submission updates and the backlog tracker. We never invent or extrapolate data.

Calculator: we look for orders with the same tier and channel that reached your stage (falling back to same tier if fewer than 3). "Stuck" means you've been in the stage longer than 90% of similar orders. Estimates need at least 3 comparable shipped orders; otherwise we fall back to PSA's estimate from your arrival date.

Limits: self-reported, unverified, and likely skewed toward slow orders (people log when they're frustrated). Treat as a signal, not a guarantee.
